Upon returning to Star Golf Group in early 2010, I was requested for the position as General Manager of both golf courses. As General Manager I successfully opened Dai Lai Star Golf and Country Club as a fully operational 18 hole, driving range and first rate facilities. At the same time I assisted in the redesign and reconstruction of the ‘third nine’ at Chi Linh Star Golf and Country Club to ultimately become a 36 hole facility in 2012.   • Co-Ordinate with Owner and Board of Directors
  • Report quarterly to the Owner and BOD on all aspects of Operations
  • Budgeting, planning and forecasting for the owner and BOD

  • Maintain financial accounts for departments and oversee all purchasing and procurement
  • Customer Relations, incl. members / guests / sponsors
  • Organization of tournament and member fixtures
  • Head Professional duties. Incl. teaching / pro-shop duties / cart maintenance

  • Professional knowledge of R & A and USGA rules
  • Liaise with members and guests daily
  • Train staff in English and customer service to 5 star levels
  • Constantly be looking for ways the company can excel in both reputation and revenue.

Golf Operations, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Reception and Bookings, Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Security, Housekeeping and Golf course Maintenance and Landscaping.
