PuttingThe Putting action is relevant to the golfer; however, some basic principle must apply in the right sided putting. A golfer must be in a balanced sound posture with his spine at correct angle in reflection to his body. The golfer must try to attain the look that from behind his forearm and shaft is one line. If the putter is correctly fitted for the golfer the sole or base of the putter head must lay flat as possible on the ground surface. If these aspects are sound then he must focus on the correct direction for his torso and shoulders to turn to ensure the correct path of the putter throughout his stroke. As seen in the picture sequence, the setup for this action is similar in regard to the full swing and short games setup. |
