Welcome. I'm Ben Styles, General Manager of the Greg Norman Designed, Danang Golf Club in Danang, Vietnam. I have been involved in golf in Vietnam now over three years. The golf industry in Vietnam is growing at a staggering pace with many courses now internationally renowned and many more under construction. I have set this website up for the purpose of supporting the growth the game of golf here in Vietnam and Asia. As General Manager of Danang Golf Club it is my responsibility to deliver international service in golfing and leisure to local golfer's and tourists. Danang Golf Club is located within 15 minutes of the Danang International/Domestic Airports and minutes from Danang City and numerous 5 star international resorts and tourist attractions. Previously (2008 to 2011) as General Manager of Star Golf Group Vietnam, It was my responsibility to oversee the management of two internationally renowned golf courses in northern Vietnam, Chi Linh Star and Dai Lai Star Golf and Country Club. Chi Linh has been operational for 8 years and has won such awards as ‘Most Beautiful Golf Course in Vietnam 2010’ - ‘Best Customer Service Golf Course in Vietnam 2009’ and many others during my tenure. Dai Lai Star Golf and Country Club was opened in November 2010 under my management with high acclaim within the golfing community here in Hanoi, Vietnam. Alongside my Management I am qualified as a full member of the Australian and Singapore Professional Golfer's Associations (PGA) and been working as an instructor with Gary Edwin international academies for the past several years as a 'Senior Instructor'. As of 2008 I set up the first GEG Academy in Vietnam. The Right Sided Swing is a method being used by some of the top players in the world today, such as Rod Pampling, Peter Senior, Jan Stephenson and many others. It is the simplest method to learn and improve the combination of consistent body angles and leverage creates unforced power and speed. This website will allow an introduction to my principles and philosophies in both Golf Management and Golf Instruction. The 'Golf Operation' section highlights some of my current and previous experiences and achievements including my professional CV. The ‘Golf Instruction' section of my website will introduce golfers to the basic ideals of the Right Sided Golf Swing and my instruction.
